Pomegranate Bistro is a restaurant in Eastside Seattle with a dynamic space that includes a dining room with view of the kitchen, an espresso station, a bar, and a patio.

Chef Lisa Dupar opened Pomegranate Bistro in 2005, and has since carefully expanded the space to achieve “a little corner of Southern Hospitality in the Pacific Northwest”.

Pomegranate Bistro serves Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, along with a “Grab and Go” menu. They often have special events like guests chefs and live entertainment.

Happy Hour at Pomegranate Bistro is Tuesday through Saturday from 3pm - 6pm.  They offer an excellent selection of of hand-crafted cocktails, with non-alcoholic options like “Coconut in the Lime” (coconut water, fresh lime, ginger beer, and pineapple juice).

Pomegranate Bistro has plenty of free parking, and is a short drive away from Downtown Park. It’s located at 18005 NE 68th St. in Redmond, Washington.
